- PIX Srl, Viale San Bartolomeo, 213 - 19126 La Spezia, for the technical management of the website, hosting on servers managed by it and on cloud computing services provided by Retelit, maintenance and updating of the platform, including the systems that manage cookies and the transmission of data entered in online forms.

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send to the user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored and subsequently sent back to the same websites when the user visits them again.
Cookies allow, among other things:
- the proper functioning of web pages (technical cookies);
- the storage of certain preferences (e.g. language, cookie acceptance);
- the creation of anonymous or aggregated statistical analyses;
- the integration of third-party functionalities (e.g. social networks).

Types of cookies used by the site

The videos on the site are owned by Grotte di Frasassi Srl and are delivered through its own infrastructure: external services such as YouTube are not used and, therefore, simply viewing the videos does not entail the installation of third-party cookies in this regard.

The site may use statistical traffic analysis tools (such as Google Analytics or similar services) to collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they visit the site (most frequently viewed pages, approximate geographical origin, type of device, etc.).

5.1 Via the banner
When first accessing the site, an information banner allows the user to:

- reject such cookies, keeping only those that are strictly necessary active.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries

- the right to data portability (where applicable);
- the right to withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
