If the tickets available online are sold out, it is still possible to buy them at the Ticket Office of the Caves, in San Vittore delle Chiuse. Admission is guaranteed.

ATTENTION! Tickets ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, in case of non-use or arrival after the time written on the ticket. It will therefore be necessary to pay another ticket for a subsequent tour.
Access to dogs is allowed only with a pet carrier, not on a leash. For large dogs, 3 concrete dog boxes with a lockable front grille with padlock are available at the ticket office parking lot.
Located in a safe and shady place, they are not guarded. The visitor can use the pit space for a limited period of time for the visit to the cave, it cannot be booked and availability is requested once they arrive on site.

Based on the daily turnout, staggered entrances are expected every 10 / 20 / 30 minutes, according to the opening hours of the Ticket Office.
There are also 3 tours available in English every day at 11.40am, 13.40 and 15.40. Tickets can be purchased online and at the ticket office even on the day of arrival.

GROTTE DI FRASASSI - Costs

The entrance ticket can be purchased online at tickets.frasassi.com and will allow you to avoid the long queues at the ticket office, especially in high season.
In case of online purchase, it is important to reach the Frasassi Caves Entrance Car Park, in San Vittore delle Chiuse at least 15 minutes before the time specified on the ticket and go directly to the Shuttle Bus point, without queuing at the Ticket Office. The shuttle bus service is completely free and included in the purchased entrance ticket. The ticket can also be used in digital format. It is not necessary to print it.
In the event of the presence of children under the age of 6, entry is free and it is necessary to collect free entry at the Ticket Office. Therefore, once you arrive at the car park, go directly to the Info Point adjacent to the Ticket Office to receive your free admission ticket. In this case it is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the time specified on the ticket, although there is no need to queue because there is a dedicated cash desk to collect free tickets.

Or you can go to the site on the day of the visit at the Frasassi Caves Entrance Car Park and Ticket Office in San Vittore delle Chiuse.
Attention: this mode of purchase can involve long waits at the Ticket Office, so we recommend purchasing online for a better experience and be sure to find the tour at the desired time.

Once you have received the confirmation from the Frasassi Caves, on the day of booking you will have to go to the Frasassi Caves Parking and Ticket Office to have the entrance ticket issued and then take the Shuttle Bus that will take you free to the entrance of the Grotto.

Groups

For groups of more than 20 people and schools, it is possible to book on the toll-free number 800 166 250 or via email booking@frasassi.com, no later than 12:00 on the previous day.

On the day of booking it is necessary to go to the Frasassi Caves Parking and Ticket Office at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time to have the entrance ticket issued and take the shuttle bus to enter the cave.

Special concessions are granted to tour operators, bus operators, tour operators and tourist and leisure associations.

Sanctuary of Our Lady of Frasassi - Paid hours

Access to the Madonna di Frasassi Sanctuary and the Hermitage of Santa Maria Infra-Saxa is permitted at the following times via a ticket, which can be purchased at the Ticket Office house located at the beginning of the path (Piazzale Fedeli).
